How to measure
Measure in 2 minutes
Use a soft tape measure over light clothing. Keep the tape level and snug, not tight.

Chest
Around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms. Keep your arms relaxed by your sides.

Bust (women's)
Around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back.

Waist
Around your natural waist, the narrowest part above your belly button. For mid-rise pants, measure about 4 cm lower.

Hip
Around the widest part of your hips and seat, with your feet together.

Inside leg
From the top of your inner thigh down to the floor, standing straight without shoes.

Hand (gloves)
Around your palm at the knuckles, leaving out your thumb. Use the hand you write with.

Boots
Boots go by your usual shoe size. If you only know your US or EU size, use Convert a size on the Boots chart.
No tape measure? Use a piece of string, mark it, then lay it along a ruler.
