Corporate ordering FAQ
Is there a minimum order?
Corporate pricing starts from 10 units. Smaller orders can be placed through our online shop at standard prices.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Within 1–2 business days of receiving your request. Send as much detail as you can on items, sizes and quantities so we can quote accurately the first time.
What are your payment terms?
Orders up to K5,000 are paid in full upfront. For orders over K5,000 we take a 50% deposit to confirm the order, with the balance due on delivery. We accept bank transfer.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in approximately 2 weeks from payment confirmation. Large or embroidered orders may take longer, and we confirm the timeframe in your quote.
Can you add our company logo?
Yes. We offer logo embroidery on most garments. Tick "Yes" on the form and send your logo with your enquiry, and we will include it in your quote.
Can we order men's and women's sizes together?
Yes. Our women's-fit ranges sit alongside men's and unisex styles, so one order can cover your whole crew.
Are your products certified?
Yes. Our products are certified by their manufacturers to recognised standards such as AS/NZS. We can provide product details for the items in your quote for your safety records.
